Getting Ready at Dara’s Garden

Alyssa & Alex said their I-do’s at Dara’s Garden in June of this year. It was a beautiful summer day & the gardens were absolutely beautiful. The bridal suite at Dara’s Garden is the perfect spot to get ready with your girls & have plenty of space to hang out & take photos. Alyssa was finishing up her final touches with hair & makeup when we arrived. The detail items Alyssa chose for her special day were absolutely gorgeous, from the floral invitations to the bright, colorful bouquet. After photographing the details, Alyssa stepped into her gown with help from her mom. We also made sure to snap photos of Alex getting ready in the Groom’s suite & get some pictures with him & his mom as well!

The First Look & Wedding Portraits

After Alyssa & Alex were dressed & ready to go, we guided them to the overlook at Dara’s Garden for a private first look. Alyssa & Alex read each other the most heartfelt vows. And we were able to take some beautiful couple’s portraits before heading back for the wedding ceremony.

The Wedding Ceremony & Reception

The wedding ceremony was held in the garden with Alyssa & Alex’s closest friends and family in attendance. Alyssa’s brother officiated. Guests threw flower petals as the bride & groom exited. The reception was held in the beautiful tent at Dara’s Garden. They had a wonderful buffet dinner, a live band, and lots of fun with their photo booth. There were so many sweet dances, laughter with family, and we ended the evening with sunset photos of the couple. It was such a perfect day. I wish Alyssa & Alex a lifetime of love & happiness.
