September Wedding at Hunter Valley Pavilion

I’ve known Tiffany for years & years and was absolutely thrilled when she called me about photographing her wedding! I’ve done family photos for her & Elijah, photographed them at styled shoots (they’re basically models), and I knew this would be an absolutely gorgeous day. Tiffany & Elijah were blending their families which is always a special kind of wedding ceremony. Their kids played the roles of their wedding party & did an absolutely fantastic job.

They chose Hunter Valley Pavilion for their ceremony & reception. This wedding venue is located in West Knoxville and offers beautiful lake views, an outdoor ceremony space with seating, and a beautiful indoor reception area. We started with detail & getting ready photos and then got ready for the ceremony to begin. The weather was a little gloomy all day, and we were worried about having to change the ceremony plans, but we made it through the ceremony, family photos, and portraits before the bad weather came. In fact, it turned out to be the perfect moody sunset that we needed for stunning photos beside the water!

A Beautiful Reception with Family & Friends

Something I haven’t mentioned yet….Tiffany is a DYI queen! She did all of her own flowers & even made her cake! Everything looked absolutely amazing! The reception started with a blessing & dinner that was catered by Rothchilds. They cut the cake & dancing immediately followed. It was so much fun to see the kids having fun together & to meet some of their family & friends that I didn’t already know. We ended the night with a sparkler exit…always a favorite for me! I couldn’t be more excited for this couple! I really think they are each other’s perfect match, and it was an honor to capture their special day.
