June 27, 2025, was one for the books.

Lindsey & Spencer tied the knot at The Standard in the heart of downtown Knoxville, and I had the absolute honor of documenting every incredible moment of their day. From timeless details and romantic portraits to one of the most energetic dance parties I’ve ever witnessed — this wedding was overflowing with personality, love, and celebration.

Thoughtful Details & Timeless Style

Lindsey had the most beautiful dress, and enjoyed getting ready with her sisters. Her bouquet was a gorgeous mix of soft whites and lush greenery, with hints of blush that tied in beautifully with the bridesmaids’ dresses. The invitation suite was classic with a modern edge — the perfect preview of the day to come.

Inside The Standard, the industrial-chic vibe of exposed brick and vintage windows set the tone for an unforgettable celebration. The space was the perfect mix of cozy and romantic while also feeling upscale and intimate.

Wedding Portraits at The Standard

After their sweet first look, we explored a few spaces around the venue for couple’s photos. Lindsey & Spencer were naturals in front of the camera — laughing, holding hands, and soaking in every moment. My personal favorite part was when their dog, Evie, joined us for pictures!

After couple’s photos, we grabbed the wedding party & took some fun photos at the iconic yellow door at the front of The Standard. It was a pretty hot summer day in downtown Knoxville, so it was really nice having SO many photo options right there at the venue (and in the AC!).

A Dance Party to Remember

As the sun went down, the energy turned all the way up. From the moment the DJ hit play, the dance floor was packed. Whether it was the choreographed first dance, an impromptu conga line, or the entire room scream-singing the best hits from the early 2000s — this reception was a non-stop celebration. The joy in the room was contagious, and I loved capturing every wild, emotional, hilarious moment.

Lindsey & Spencer’s wedding was not just a day — it was an experience. One filled with laughter, tears, tight hugs, and epic dance moves. I’m so grateful to have been part of their story and to share a little glimpse of their love with you all.
